An Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) is an air-pollution control device used to remove fine dust, smoke, and particulate matter from industrial exhaust gases. It works on the principle of electrostatic attraction.
In an ESP, dust particles are given an electrical charge by high-voltage electrodes. These charged particles are then attracted to oppositely charged collecting plates, where they settle. The collected dust is periodically removed from the plates.
A Pulse Jet Bag Filter is an air-pollution control device used to remove dust and fine particulate matter from industrial gases. It uses a series of fabric filter bags to trap dust particles while allowing clean gas to pass through.
The accumulated dust on the bags is periodically removed by a short burst of compressed air, called a pulse jet. In an Off-Line system, a filter compartment is isolated during cleaning, while in an On-Line system, cleaning takes place while the filter remains in operation.
An Auto Damper is an automatically operated device used to control and regulate the flow of air or gas in industrial ventilation and pollution-control systems. It consists of a movable blade or plate that opens, closes, or adjusts according to the required airflow.
Auto dampers are generally operated by electric or pneumatic actuators and can be controlled automatically through sensors or a control system. They help maintain proper airflow, improve system efficiency, and provide safe isolation during operation or maintenance.
An Air Cooled Heat Exchanger (ACHE) is a heat-transfer equipment used to cool hot process fluids using ambient air instead of cooling water. The hot fluid flows through tubes fitted with extended fins, while fans blow air over the tubes to remove heat. It is widely used where water availability is limited and helps reduce water consumption and operating costs. Air cooled heat exchangers are commonly equipped with axial fans, finned tubes, and supporting structures.
High-velocity cyclonice scrubbers are a traditional and well-known method for removing fine dust particles from industrial air streams. Venturi scrubbers, (including ejector venturis and eductor venturis), are often installed to remove fine particles from volatile, hazardous or corrosive gas streams, or gas streams containing solid materials that are difficult to handle. They have been widely used throughout the chemical industry for decades.
A Conveying System is a mechanical system used for the safe & continuous transportation of materials from one location to another within an industrial plant. Depending on the material & application, it may use belt conveyors, screw conveyors, chain conveyors, bucket elevators, or pneumatic conveying systems. The system is designed for reliable material handling with minimum manual intervention. Essential spares such as bearings, belts, rollers & other critical components are maintained to ensure quick replacement and minimize downtime.
Bag filters are also commonly called fabric dust collectors that are used in large industrial units for separating dust particles from dusty gases. These types of bag filters can achieve efficiency level of almost 99% for collection of very fine particulates. Dust laden gases enter the structure of bag house and passed through fabric bag that acts as a filter. Bag filters are the most efficient and cost effective type of industrial dust collectors.
For efficient removal of mists and dusts from airstreams. Units can include a series of liquid sprays in the gas inlet manifold. Wet cyclones are ideal for air streams with particulates or where solids deposition is possible. Being large and open, they cannot clog or block, and are easily cleaned. Key Performance Uses • Mist elimination for venturi scrubbers. • Particulate collection in fertiliser applications. • Particulate collection from driers.

Wet Scrubbers are effective air pollution control devices for removing particles and/or gases from industrial exhaust streams. Wet scrubbers operate by introducing the dirty gas stream with a scrubbing liquid – typically water. Particulate or gases are collected in the scrubbing liquid. Wet scrubbers are generally the most appropriate air pollution control device for collecting both particulate and gas in a single system.
Cyclones are used for the pre-dedusting of waste gases with high dust load; Dry electrostatic precipitators HESP) are used for the dedusting of waste gases in the non-ferrous metallurgy, the iron and steel industry and the glass industry and for FCC units in refineries. Dry ESPs can reach high dedusting efficiencies of more than 99,9%
F.D. Cooler offered by us is based on conventional designs where gas flows through inside as well as outside of cooling tubes. These cooling tubes are of vertical designs and have very large diameter (100 nb) with zero chance of dust accumulation. Further, the velocity through tube can also be properly maintained.. We offer quality assured products that are tested in our state of art production facility at each stage of production.
Our company specialises in offering qualitative range of Forced Draft Fans, which is used in different chemical and pharmaceutical industries. These industrial fans are designed using advanced machinery and modern technology, in strict adherence with the industry laid standards and norms. Also, these forced draft fans are highly acclaimed in the industry for features like abrasion resistance, compact design, rust proof nature, durability, optimum performance and hassle free operations..
Venturi scrubbers for a broad range of applications scrubbing gases with particulate loadings and soluble gases. They are particularly effective in the sub micron range. Manufactured under licence to Verantis of the USA. The main capture process is inertial impaction; the air stream and scrubbing liquid are accelerated through a throat and the resulting turbulence results in solid particles impacting scrubbing liquid particles, and capture results.
Bucket Elevators are aimed primarily at the commercial grain store and large farm markets where the requirement is for intensive use during the harvest period and light use throughout the remainder of the year. Other typical applications include the general light industrial market.
Head Pulley is located at the discharge terminus of the conveyor. It provides the driving force for the conveyor. In order to increase pulley life and traction, it often has a larger diameter than other pulleys.
Our Bucket design has high capacity capabilities. It is made with high quality nylon/rubber. It can tolerate a large capacity of impact, corrosion and abrasion. It is suited for use in industrial applications, including all aggregates. It has a very long life and is suited for elevator belting and chain and low weight.
Industrial rollers can be manufactured through either molding or casting processes and even, in some cases, extrusion processes. However, the molding processes of injection and compression molding are most commonly used for solid rubber industrial rollers.
An industrial idler pulley is a pulley on a shaft that rests on or presses against a drive belt to guide it or take up slack.
